Residents in Greystone

Name: Clara Sink
Gender: Female
Race: Human
Occupation: Child care provider

Story: Clara Sink came to Aeris via a ship. It was a large ship called the Seastorm, named for its ability to withstand strong storms on the oceans. Clara's good friend and fiance at the time had snuck her onto the ship to get her to the new land they had discovered. The captain refused to let women on the ship because he believed having them aboard was bad luck. But Robert, Clara's fiance, got her on regardless. She had dressed as a man and left all of her belongings on her home continent.

But something went terribly wrong. The ship and her crew and cargo ran into a particularly nasty storm. They were close to shore, but they didn't make it. The ship hit some rocks, which destroyed the ship, causing it to sink. Many of them made it off, but only one survived the raging seas and cold water. And that was Clara. She washed up upon the shores and was discovered by a jackalope. She found this very odd, a rabbit with antlers? At first she thought she was hallucinating, but after some time spent with it Clara realized that the jackalope was real and that she had been the only one from the ship to actually make it to the knew land.

The jackalope, Sophie, helped her to regain her health. The jackalope is one of the few that doesn't have a problem with humans and wanted to help the poor women she found on the shore. After living with Sofia in a burrow for a few months, Clara finally had enough means to buy her own residents in Greystone, but she does visit her friend jackalopes once in a while. And they visit her as well.

About: Clara is a warm-hearted human who doesn't understand what the feud between the humans and jackalopes is all about. Therefore she maintains a peaceful relationship with those she runs into, so long as they accept her as she accepts them. Other than keeping peace with the jackalopes, Clara is a sweetheart of a woman without a harmful bone in her body. She tries to be nice with everyone, although that is not always the case. As she says, not everyone is perfect.

She is also motherly and loves to watch over other peoples' children if the parents happen to be busy. She runs a daycare from her home in Greystone. The children love her and she hopes to one day have a child or two of her own.
